Fix Release, Java 1.5 Support.
The dependency to Java 1.6 for the diagram and the notation plug-ins have been removed, so F4E can now be used with Java 1.5.

New Release F4E 1.0.3
A new release of F4E is available at http://fractal.objectweb.org/f4e/update-site/ .
This new version has a graphical editor based on GMF for Fractal ADL files.
For each Fractal ADL file edited with the graphical editor a file with the same
name except the .fractald extension, is created in order to store graphical informations.
